  • Habit 1: Drink 1/3 of your body weight in water/tea daily
  • Habit 2: Sit down for meals
  • Habit 3: No snacking
  • Habit 4: Zero vegetable oils (canola, sunflower, safflower, corn, soybean oils)
  • ​Habit 5: Consume less than 15 grams of added sugar per day
  • Habit 6: Consume less than 15 grams of carbohydrates for breakfast
  • Habit 7: Zero synthetic sweeteners
